Domini is a caring, sensitive and compassionate complementary therapist who enjoys supporting others on their healing journey. She is a qualified Aromatherapist, Reflexologist, Crystal and Energy Healer and a member of one of the UK's leading professional associations, Complementary Health Professionals. She is also a registered practitioner with the Federation of Subtle Energy Medicine (FSEM) for crystal and energy healing and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) for aromatherapy and reflexology.

Domini discovered aromatherapy during her teenage years thanks to her mum who would diffuse essential oils in the home to help calm and relieve stress during exam times. Her interest in aromatherapy continued to deepen over the years and she went on to study a Level 3 City and Guilds Diploma in Aromatherapy at Morley College, London. Upon qualifying, Domini saw clients privately and volunteered as an Aromatherapist for four years at Paul’s Cancer Support Centre in London. There she enjoyed working as a member of the therapy team, building a rapport and trust with clients who were often nervous, anxious and unwell. She enjoyed helping the clients at Paul’s to feel uplifted and relaxed by introducing them to a variety of aromatherapy blends through gentle massage techniques.

Domini’s interest and curiosity in the healing benefits of nature and how nature can support the body, mind and spirit have continued to grow over the years. Through a love of travel and participating in a variety of Body, Mind, Spirit Festivals and Yoga Retreats in the UK and abroad she has been able to develop an interest in other therapies connected to the nature kingdom. A week-long introductory course to Crystal Healing, led by the Academy of Inner Resonance at the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland, inspired Domini to go on and complete a two year Diploma in Crystal and Energy Healing at the Academy of Inner Resonance. This was to be one of the most rewarding two years of her life strengthening an awareness of subtle energy and the body, mind and spirit’s healing abilities. In September 2021, Domini embarked on an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology at the School of Natural Therapies, successfully completing the course in July 2022. During the course, Domini worked with a range of clients to complete over 100 hours worth of case studies. This included volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House Camberwell for six months where she treated families of children who were being treated at King's College Hospital. This was to be a very rewarding experience and Domini enjoyed helping families who were often feeling stressed and anxious to feel calmer through having reflexology treatments. Since qualifying as a reflexologist, Domini has gained experience in oncology care by volunteering at the Mulberry Centre at West Middlesex University Hospital in Hounslow and the Marie Curie Hospice in Hampstead where she has offered aromatherapy and reflexology treatments to clients with cancer and their carers. In July 2023, Domini joined the complementary therapy team at the Macmillan Support and Information Service at UCLH, where she enjoys offering complementary therapy sessions to in- and outpatients at the hospital.

Domini continues to have an appreciation and love for nature, the trees and the Earth’s beautiful mineral kingdom. She also feels blessed to have been given the middle name of Amber, which she finds to be one of the most comforting and gentle crystals in the mineral kingdom. Alongside her passion for complementary therapies, Domini has spent over 20 years working in the field of education teaching German and French in secondary schools in the north of England and managing a CPD programme for Modern Foreign Language teachers at a London university. Her most recent teaching role was at a Special Needs School in London, working with children with Autism, which she has really enjoyed doing.

Domini enjoys finding ways to weave her love of nature, aromatherapy and crystals into her daily and working life and continues to find them to be supportive and helpful as part of her own self-care. She particularly enjoys running workshops for people on the benefits of complementary therapies, whether online or face-to-face, including relaxation and breathing sessions. Most recently she ran a relaxation workshop for patients and carers at the Marie Curie Hospice and has enjoyed integrating mindfulness sessions into lessons at the school for Autism, which the children responded well to.

Domini enjoys keeping up-to-date with her Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and has completed CPD courses in Aromatherapy for Pregnancy and courses in Aroma-psychology in Cancer Care and Essential Oils in a Cancer Care Environment as part of the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust’s Continuing Professional Development programme. Domini offers sessions, by appointment only, at the beautiful Violet Hill Studies, Centre for Natural Healing in St. John's Wood, London.
